Dymond Speech is a therapist-owned, private pediatric outpatient practice with a sensory clinic in Sanford, North Carolina – 35 minutes from North Carolina’s Capital, Raleigh, and entertainment districts Glenwood South & the Capital District. For the past 20 years, DSR has been providing OT, PT, ST, feeding, literacy, and lactation services to children of all ages and diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, feeding disorders, and developmental/language delays.
Optional Acute Care Opportunity:
Dymond Speech has provided the modified program at our regional hospital 20+ years ago. We offer the unique opportunity to gain experience in both an outpatient pediatric clinic and hospital setting, including Modified Barium Swallow Studies. We offer a separate training program for the acute care setting.

Your Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary therapy team (SLP, OT, PT) by supporting performance, mentorship, and professional development
- Manage daily clinical operations: scheduling efficiency, case reviews, and team communications
- Help shape a positive, collaborative work culture in line with our values
- Provide direct therapy services (reduced caseload), modeling best practices in care
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Collaborate with our administrative and leadership team on initiatives, data reviews, and quality improvement efforts
- Advocate for clinical staff needs and support sustainable, family-centered care
Qualifications
- Licensed and credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist (PT) in North Carolina
- Minimum 5 years of pediatric therapy experience
- Prior supervisory, lead therapist, or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Passion for developing clinicians and helping children thrive
